Waiting for response

Hi, Is there someone on the other side? A few days ago I wrote to the email that you have for support here on the PoE2 page support@grindinggear.com and also here, and after 13 minutes they answered me asking me for the name of the account and what characters I had there, after giving them the information they did not answer me so I asked them. I paid for the game and you give poor service on your part. At least they could answer something and not just ask me for my account information.
