Crash to destkop and lose many progress

Hy, my problem would be that the game crashes randomly several times already, puts it on the tray but doesn't write any errors. I have already failed trial, waystone, etc. with this. it's simply very annoying who throws and I can't return to the gameplay where I left off, I can't move forward with the gameplay... does anyone know a solution?
