POE 2 Error during installation. "Couldn't connect to server while downloading"

Yesterday purchased "King of the Faridun Supporter" pack for 100$.
Downloaded installer and started installation. Made sure that there is more than plenty of free disc space for the game. Installer started to download and went all the way up to about 70-80% then I left pc overnight to be let it download completely and be able to play next day.
But next day I saw that download was unfinished and the error windows appeared Couldn't connect to server while downloading...

I was thought that maybe there are problems at the servers from where installer took the game from. So wait 2-3 hrs and tried start downloader again. It do a re-check and shows same 80%+ which was last time, but downloading speed is 0 (no issues with internet. checked).

I decided to uninstall game and start new installation. Installer complete of allocating the space. Afterwards download do not start because similar error window appears "Couldn't connect to server while downloading" (look screenshot bellow).

After looking for similar problems in at this forum and Reddit I had not found anything similar. Please help me, because it isn't nice to buy the game and being not able to play it over the weekend.

P.S.: If it is important, my location is Greece.
