My acces to poe 2 suddenly disapeared?

Today i tried to log in into poe2 and the game just gave me the notification that i don't have acces to it despite buying it and playing for like 10h in the past few days.

Yes other people are having that problem, and it seems like it is down to buying the key from somewhere that isn't official or you were gifted it and those keys are getting refunded/charged back making the key void Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

Access keys should not be refundable, only direct purchase, how is this possible? :))
