Traded items were gone a few days after the trade

I have the picture of the item i traded and i can provide any other info to resolve this, at first i thoaght i was hacked but it made no sence if the other stuff is still there, so i would like to know what this is aobut and can i get a rollback or anyting to help me fix this.
