Radiant Grief Lace Hood bugged (skill stops working in revive)

Hi

Starting today along with the map/fog of war issues reported, the radiant grief lace hood ignite has stopped working on death and when zoning to town and back.

Unequiping and re equipping makes the items skill work again but you have to do this on every death/revive
