Path of Exile 2 Early access Revoked after 11,5h within the game.

After 11,5h within the game I've been disabled to access servers in cause of:
"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early access. Redeem an Early access key on our website or purchase access now." I'd like to ask you to fix that problem. I've done every step highlighted on: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3072628 Also, At the beginning on my profile within the website It appeared as my account has access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. And could proceed in a process to launch the game, play FOR 11,5h - yet now it appears as "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now." on my profile website and within the game when i try to connect to the server. I've done my part with providing you the necessary information. Once again I'd ask you to provide help. I'm convinced it is a problem on your end, since I've made everything that was required from me to do. Path of Exile 2 keys are legitimately available from this website, Steam, the Epic Games Store, the PlayStation store, and the Microsoft store for €27.75 or your regional equivalent.
Alternatively, you can pay less than €27.75 to buy a key from someone who paid €27.75 for it, before selling it to you on a dodgy online marketplace… and then filing a chargeback to get their money back. GGG loses the money (and is hit with a fine…), GGG disables the key. So, friends. My friend the thing is I’ve dig up in this matter and seen that it absolutely doesn’t matter where and how did you buy your game - you might get the same treatment as in topic. There is bunch of problems with access or even coins redeeming. Do your research then eventually start pointing out. And for the record I’ve “ Bribed a friend who has a spare key” he he. Non of your business whatsoever I’m afraid.

Nobody who has bought the game directly from GGG, Valve, Sony, or Microsoft has abruptly lost access to it after having been able to play it without issues (outside of refunds / chargebacks).
As an aside, if you dislike responses from community members maybe next time don’t open a thread on the community forum. "basically " we did not get the full amount of money we are not going to let you play. go f**k yourself" thats the answer we get every time. out of hundreds of keys i bought from the same site, only this one has been "refunded" and they cant even give a simple reason why i dont have the early access in the support email. they just dont care | |

Once again. I’ve read bunch of forums all over the net - it’s a fact, that even those who bought it from providers you’ve mentioned have their access revoked. You only speculate, I’m only saying facts based on feedback from the players. Can’t figure out why you say there is no chance for it to happen when it happened.
I’m only saying those things as an answer to you cause you suppose - when reality is different. That’s all If I offended you mea culpa, nonetheless it was answer to you saying things that didn’t take place. |
