Still haven't responded to me.

I sent a complaint via mail several days ago and they still haven't responded to me. This is a key purchase that I made that was revoked from my POE account days after having already played. I need some staff to answer me, I want my money or my game back please.

The same issue must be responded to the player as soon as possible.
Same got Scammed on trade markey yesterday, it is my fault but most games take accountability and restore items, think im going to quit, i play for a lot aswell. If im not going to even get a ticket, why would i even put time in , im glad it happened this early on atleast i know what im dealing with

I was gifted a Key from a friend.

I did redeem the key, all good, got the Steam key from the homepage, downloaded, started playing... Came back a few days later, no more early acceess...

what is going on here?

If a key can be redeemed, I believe it to be valid. How is access removed days later?

Also did write an email, no answer so far.

Support, can you please let us know what is going on here?
