Legacy of Vaal quest stuck

Says enter temple of Kopec underneath the treasure hunter encampment but when I go down to the spot there is no where for me enter. And after looking it up, Alva should move from up top to meet me down there and she won't move. I've done every other quest on my level 44 Warrior. How can I get this unbroken so the story can move forward?
