I've been away from the game for two years and only recently got back to playing but making a character on my own (a toxic rain deadeye ranger) didn't work out since I've screwed my character on act v and been struggling to get past mobs and bosses, the game was somewhat doable until this point and now I'm completely lost.
So for resume I'm asking for any kind of help cause even having playing the game before I've been struggling a lot with it.

What are you struggling with? Typically, it's defenses, especially resistances. You need to come up with a plan for layered defenses. A lot of what hurts you is actually spell damage, so it can pay to go for Spell Suppression nodes (and the Ranger side of the tree is abundant with them), and there is a Mastery, I believe, which makes Spell Suppression Lucky (which means the chance is checked twice, and you take the more favorable outcome). That makes any Suppression chance over 50% pretty good.
Resistances can be sketchy unless you gear for them, but it's worth chasing them, especially as in later acts, you take penalties which reduce your resistances. And, of course, always stack Life. All the multiplier nodes on the tree won't help without good base Life stats on gear. ='[.]'=

Resistances and spell suppression, ok I'll check them both (although I was worried about elemental resistances I wasn't aware of spell suppression).
I'm mostly struggling to clear mobs on act v, I don't feel I'm doing damage fast enough to kill them and almost always get surrounded by tons of mobs. And unless I keep spamming toxic rain and walking in circles I die. I just got past innocence but died some fifteen times before killing him ;w;
My DPS it's also not good and honestly I don't know how to improve it.

Here's a good video on Spell Suppression:

It's what turned me onto the mechanic.
I can't seem to be able to look at your character. Have you set that feature private? If I and others could look at your character, we might be able to make more detailed suggestions. DPS can definitely be an issue, so being able to get a look at your gear and skill tree should reveal whatever issues exist. =^[.]^=

Thanks for sharing the video, I'll make sure to watch it. About my character I edit my privacy settings so I think you might be able to see it now. If it doesn't work I've exported my character to PoB:

Well, I'll be honest in that it's been a long time since I've done a Chaos DOT build, so my commentary on that will be limited. For starters, you appear to be very low on Life. PoB (which I've never used before, myself) shows 828 Life and 63 Es (which, together, would be too low for Act 5), but lists an EHP of 1,600 (which I don't immediately see how it arrives at). 1,600 would be nominally sufficient, based on the maxim of 300 EHP/Act, but your gear has very little Life on it, and is mostly underpowered across the board.
Without knowing how much spare gear you have in Standard, you ought to have at least Rares in every slot, and Life on as many of them as you can manage. Your skill tree and choice of supports on your bow indicate an emphasis on Crit, but aside from proccing on-crit ailments, crit has to have some damage basis to multiply from. Puncture, on the other hand, really needs good Phys Dam to get decent bleeds going. And that Void Manipulation support you have on Toxic Rain negates any elemental damage you might get from any source (in this case, cold damage from quiver and hat), and might be better replaced with a different support.
You have a decent start with resists, based on your amulet and your trek across the skill tree, but resists are right up there with Life for things you absolutely want to get from gear. Two-Stone rings are pretty common, and are a fantastic base, especially if you can find a couple of perfect ones which complement each other, then enchant them up for even more resists. Targeted enchanting is something you can find on YouTube, as well, and as your supply of currency grows, so will your options.
My best advice at this point would be to get/craft some better gear, find a better bow to work with (or see if you can get a Phys Dam Multiplier craft on the one you have with your Crafting Bench). Remember that Uniques can be build enablers or enhancers, but they can also be inferior to Rares you may acquire. Don't stick with Uniques over-long, especially low-level Uniques, as many do not provide what you will need going forward (though some can).
Finally, I would encourage you to leave this character be for now, and start fresh in the Settlers league. It's a lot of fun, will still be going on for at least a month, and provides good opportunities to acquire currency and gear by interacting with the league mechanic.
I've written a lot and not really said too much. I hope my advice helps. Don't give up; PoE is a lot of fun, and you'll pick up the subtler mechanics soon enough. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. =^[.]^=

Remove crit nodes and Gem Critical Strike Affliction (it's mostly bad for Damage Over Time builds). Don't use crit. You can use Efficacy Support instead. Go to nodes like Entropy for more Damage Over Time.
If you want Spell Suppression, go to Inveterate and pick up the mastery "Spell Suppression is Lucky." That should be enough for most of the content.
The image shows some nodes you can change if you don’t need that route.
As Raycheetah mentioned, use the crafting bench for resistance and life (costs a few transmutes).

Truly, thanks for the tips! It's been a while since I've last played and while has been fun playing as a ranger I've been struggling with the build since act iv.
I'll watch the video you've linked me and note down the tips you gave me, thanks for all the advice and have a great weekend :D
