Bugged portion on Legacy of the Vaal questline

The portion of the quest that takes you in to the sanctum and has you put medium cores into the generators was completed, however after Town portal and back it says to retrieve the Large Soul Core near Alva. Not able to click the large soul core, its still in the wall. I have closed the game twice hoping for it to fix itself, please help me!
