Installed POE 2 on new PC and cannot play my old character.

Hello guys, I have the following problem:
I was playing POE 2 on my old PC just fine and got to lvl 74 on standard. Then I decided to upg the PC for more gains. Old PC was win 10, new one is on WIN 11. I installed the game, it started fine, log in. When i try to play my 74 lvl char, the game starts loading the hideout and then simply crashes without an error msg(i`m back at my desktop screen and thats it). when i try to make a new character (ssf or standart) the game starts just fine and i can play without any trouble. So is there any reason i cannot play my old char that i can fix or should i contact support for help? Thanks in advance guys!

For now i fixed my problem by verifying the files on steam client. Apparently there were 7 corrupted files which steam downloaded again and voilla i can play all heroes again =)
