Why can't I see my characters or items priced for trade on this website?

I have about 80hrs in game, and have multiple characters under my account by now.

Although I can't see the characters in the Characters tab on this website, I also realized none of the items I put a price on in my premium stash page are showing in the trade area of the website or in my stash page on this website.

I have also unchecked all my privacy settings so it should display these things when I look up my profile, but nothing at all shows up for myself or others.

Gonna bump this since not a soul replied or viewed my issue. I expected no reply until after New Year's but this is ridiculous.

Same issue here. Made a newer thread as well. I see an old poe 1 character but no poe 2 characters here and I can’t even trade uniques in game with friends. It tells me I must have at least one level 25 character even though the character I am trying to trade on, is over level 60.
