Trials and campaign broke on cruel act 2

I managed to complete normal acts 123 without any issues but after moving to act 2 my character died after killing campaign boss in mines and lost all loot.
From that moment everything started to glitch, I’m no longer able to progress trials on cruel difficulty its always sending me to normal levels when ever I try to complete it and its keeps insisting that I should complete traitors passage, done that many times with no progress.

After reaching end game my minimap started to rest discovery zones after teleport, this issue has been passed to other characters too, even the new one created, which is pretty annoying.

Also after resetting experience points it had lost my bonus weapon points on one of the character.

Hope you could fix it with next patch
