Game Froze and Stopped While Entering Map and ''Temple of Chaos'' My ticket has been deleted.

My game froze and closed while I was entering Temple of Chaos. My 60 LvL login orb was completely deleted when I reopened the game. I searched my inventories but the orb is nowhere to be found.
