BOUGHT EARLY ACCESS, PLAYED FOR 38.6 HRS, ACCESS REVOKED???

Bought POE2 For me and a friend before Christmas and have been loving the game, only to try to log in today for it to say I've never purchased early access. Please help I do not know what to do. I love this game and really dont wanna lose character progress I've made so far. Please someone help this is extremely frustrating.I just wanna enjoy the game I bought... Please help me get refund or fix this issue. This is extremely sad.
