trade feature

my cousin got poe 2 for ps5 and we was in a game i told him about the trade on site and the site wont let him whisper anyone. i went to his house and tried it and it wont let you whisper anyone. is it bugged for ps5 cause on pc works fine.anybody got any ideas to fix this
