unlink from steam

please unlink this account from my steam account

somehow when i logged onto the poe-website via steam it said there is no account tied to my steam and i should link one so i went ahead and did it, it just created a new one

now when i log into the game via steam im on a completely new account without any characters

sadly i dont know wich email my old account is tied to because i always logged into it via steam, now that account is pretty much lost to me wich is pretty sad, not only because of all my cool old characters but also my stash tabs and mtx, please help me
