I dont have early access after the last patch it tells me that I don't have early access

Bafter the last patch it tells me that I don't have early access when I have 43 hours of play and two characters at lv 30 so give me back the 30€ or fix this problemUG

How someone can revoke after so many hours of playing??


I'm in contact with GAMIVO but as I see they do notthing specific to resolve thias problem.
