[Crash][Witch] Demon form: casting town portal crashes game

Issue: Crash to desktop while using town portal in the middle of a different spell cast animation

Reproduction: While in demon form, cast essence drain, Dark Effigy, Hexblast or Contagion and immediately click the town portal button.

Frequency: Crash is 100% happening every time I try.

Further information:
-Map does not matter. Problem occurred in multiple endgame maps. Also tested in campaign map (Ogham Manor)
-Issue does not occur when in human form. When tried you get the message "You cannot use a portal at this time."
