Delirium bugged?

Went into the map, delirium fog was already started & there was no activation mirror. Fog is all over the map and its not dissappearing, delirium mobs appear yet no counter & end delirium button(Bind doesnt work either)

It says players in area are delirious indicating a distilled emotion was applied - meaning delirium will not end.

If a distilled emotion was applied, is it normal of for a delirium mirror not to appear or start the delirium? or is it a bug?
