Account saying email not validated

It has been validated and the link to validate no longer works

Update, my xbox account does not seem to be actually linked to this account. It shows on this website that it is linked.

I was going to play with my wife on the pc and purchased a second key. Unfortunately my wifes characters show up to her linked account on her PS5. My characters that are on xbox do not show up.

So not only am I unable trade, I am unable to play on the PC.
