game crashes on loading screen maxing out my CPU usage

Can you guys please address the game crashing on loading screen / in game causing my entire PC to completely freeze and require a hard restart?? this is POE 2 that is causing this. I've never had any CPU issues with any other game besides POE 2. So stop trying to blame the chip manufacturers, its POE 2...
