Support has not responded in over 14 days!

My account was locked 2 weeks ago and ggg never told me why or helped me unlock it. I have sent many emails and nobody responds. It has now been over two weeks. What am I supposed to do? This doesn’t make any sense. How can they take my money and then do something like this? I don’t think I’ll ever be able to play… please someone give me some advice.
