Why affixes shuffle when viewed in detail

I would like to know why GGG shuffles affixes around after viewing them in alt (detail) mode? This has never made sense to me. I'm here trying to quickly read through each piece of gear to see if their worth my time but it takes longer when I have to constantly hunt to see where each stat moved. It's know it's not a big deal and takes an extra second or two, but annoying nevertheless. Is there a logical reason behind this because I don't see why they can't just keep the affixes fixed in both viewing.

might be a bug. i agree, the affixes should retain their same order so it's easier to glance at the values
