POE 1 STYLE TRADING

I see a lot of comments about trading but people not being 100% clear on what they want. I was wondering how many people liked the way we did it in POE 1 where you could just post something as public and people would buy it, and the transaction would happen without having to leave your game. Conversely, we could just search or click on a base item, and it would show everything currently public, and we could just post an offer or give what they are asking. Is there a name for this? Or is this what people are referring to as a 'console trade board'?

So what I am describing is actually 'instant buyout' which is the way they want to go with the game on PC and console. It's funny they say console is an afterthought when we had this trading the whole time.
You can thank tencent on why this isn’t a feature.

I would LOVE to have the trading system from PoE 1 back again.

I played hundreds of hours on PS4 and also spent hundreds of hours trading and flipping items, so I expected the same system to be implemented in PoE 2.

Sadly the current trading experience is the worst horrible terrible crap EVER.

I'm liking the game a lot but trading is so bad I kinda regret supporting GGG with 64€ because unless they fix the system or bring back trading from PoE 1 into PoE 2 then I'm definitely not spending so much time with the new game.

For me trading was half of the experience, and with that part gone... it won't be worth it for me to spend 250-400h yearly on the game.
Trade in Poe 1 was trash and would only amplify the problems with pc being active in it. They would have to have buyouts and overall a much better filter . Importing the console trade board would only amplify the bad. Trade bots would run wild with no secondary resources. New players would get scammed constantly without knowing how to price check an item. Pc would just have it far too easy taking advantage of console community. Trade also wouldn’t need to be as important if the crafting system and ground loot wasn’t so awful. Adding gold sink now decreases what you can respec ,gamble, or trade. Now you have to decide if you can trade without making a mistake. Gold now being associated with item cost devalues items based on corresponding gold sinks assuming you would be taxed based upon listed currency. What if an item in the volatile economy drops massively 20 minutes after listing. These are all problems and everyone is ignoring how much worst this would make the game.
