I encountered a progress-blocking issue while playing Path of Exile 2 (POE2) in Hardcore Mode. I would like to report this issue and kindly request your assistance in resolving it.

Issue Details:

Act: Act 2
Description: In the game, I successfully obtained the Trial Key, but later, when attempting to enter the trial, I found that the key had mysteriously disappeared. As a result, I am unable to proceed with the trial content.
Game Progress: Before the issue occurred, I had completed the relevant quests and confirmed that I had acquired the key.
Time of Occurrence: The issue occurred on 26/12
