Fix the garbage uniques they are horrible

I dont want to see them drop I hate them ... there is like 100 lvl 10 uniques dropping all the time its so annoying.

98% all uniques are trash garbage awful. Remove them from the game.

Worst itemization then vanila D3 and that was the bottom.
