can't use any spell after clicking on the Ritual altar

I can't use any spell after clicking on the altar, it's happened several times, but this time it cost me my juicy map and the omen. Please correct this.

I've also been having this issue, happens with a lot of things you need to click on in maps. I`ve had it happen numerous times with ritual altars, essences and doors too.
Haven't been able to find what causes it yet. |
