No "will" in act 3 normal difficulty at Moor Witch - please fix

Dear development team
In Act 3 on normal difficulty, the Moor Witch does not drop the corresponding attribute. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with 70 "wills". Can you please fix this. I can't finish my build like this. Last bumped on Dec 26, 2024, 6:51:53 AM
