Body Armor lost

Just a moment ago, while I was checking my items in the game, the game suddenly got stuck and then crashed. When I logged back in, I found that the chest armor of my character was missing. That chest armor is "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia". Why did this happen? I just bought it yesterday. What bad luck!
