How do you get a refund

Hello. Is there a way to get a refund for the POE2 access pack. The support team hasn't gotten back to my issue for almost a week, and now I've lost interest in playing this game

so funy how all ggg members in this forum say send email to support and if you do support dosent respond at all. this looks rly weak from you guys
