Early access problem Questions
After my account lost access to early access where is a lot of cases like this.
I want to politely ask community menager of forum moderators to give us some information. 1. Was there a key ban wave for key werification lately because number of cases skyrocket lately and it means or there is a global issue or massive fraud 2 If i buy a key directly from your site or steam will it restore my access and connect my Poe and steam account again . 3 Is there a person in this situation who recvie a replay from support? If yes please share there statement with rest of us. I bought my key from Eneba and i understand there my be bad keys there ( i never got one before) but people start to argue, calling others scammers/ frauds mor**s and not understanding a main problem. I send a email to support and didnt recive any answer yet. For me main problem is lack of communication from GGG. If key was refunded/ frauded i should be notificated about this simple message " Becaus of fraud suspiction your access was revoked. " or a email anythiong. Now i am stuck in limbo not knowing what to do. Is there a massive froud attemp on multiple sites or GGG account global issue. If my key was bad i can refund it on eneba and buy new on on your site but lack of communication is even worse. there is a lot of cases like this and no statement/information is bad PR from you. One last thing you. Peaple with this problem have still game on there steam, epic account and can still write a review right? If you play on PC, then the only way to purchase an official EA key is either directly through pathofexile2.com/early-access or via Steam or Epic.

Same issue here. I tried logging in today and was greeted with a "no access" popup. I purchased the game on Eneba from the BCT ONLINE seller, and I have never had any problems with Eneba before. I’ve also sent an email to support, but judging by other people's posts, I’m starting to doubt that I’ll get a response.

If you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great.
If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from. We recommend making Path of Exile purchases via our website as we will be able to assist with any issues that may arise. |
