Question Recoup + Recovery interaction
|
How is recoup interacting with recovery?
Mind over Matter has 50% less mana recovery for example, other node gives 15% more mana recovery or life recovery. Last bumped on Dec 26, 2024, 5:37:11 PM

In regards to the less/increased regen, there are two pools of damage multipliers. If you see more/less, this is multiplicative. Increased/reduced is additive, thus not being as impactful. The additives combines and multiply the more multipliers.

Yes, more are multipliers, -crease are additive.
"Recovery" means everything that gets you back primary resources. It's usually over time, so I'm not positive on "Gain X of Y on kill", but basically, regeneration, recoup, and flasks all count as recovery. It is, if you will, another multiplier on top of regeneration and leech. Zaanus:

Does more life recovery increase the amount you get from recoup at the same time, unlike "faster" recoup?

Yes, that should actually increase the amount you heal, cap permitting.
Of course, that's just PoE1 knowledge, we actually can't be entirely sure. At least, I can't. Zaanus:
