Gem Tabs On PS5

Anybody else having problems selecting between: Base Level, Gem Level, & Quality on PS5 when on the Gem Tab? Somehow the sorting function changed to quality and now 240 gems are all jumbled. I've tried every button combination that I could think of, but nothing seems to work. I've wasted too much time researching on the web and watching YouTube videos, as nobody seems to cover this problem.
I need help! PLEASE! 😣

I realize I'm replying to an old post but I was struggling with this just now and I think I figured it out: Hold down r3 and rotate the stick!

Update: apparently up/down on right stick works too now. Could've sworn that wasn't working before...
