Controller off boots me to dashboard

Is there any way to deactivate me getting booted to dashboard when my controller turns off?

Normally this is not a concern, just an annoyance when it comes to trading. But I just lost my last waypoint on a really juiced t15 map bc my controller batteries died. Immediately when they died I was booted to dashboard, like always, and I lost my last tp.

Maybe this is an issue with my Xbox settings? But I couldn’t find anything in Poe settings or Xbox setting.

This was an oversight in the new system that they introduced. It’s a known pain point for many as we all suffer from it. Should just pause you in the map and let you swap out packs. I’m sure it will get adjusted when they return.

With xbox your login is connected to your controller. I don't see how GGG would be able to work around this.

It’s a very simple fix they would just have to change it. Don’t overthink it when we literally don’t get logged in Poe 1.
