My resistances are showing incorrect numbers

My resistances were capped 2h ago, and suddenly they are at 60~% now.
I just went from T9 quest to T10; does that have something to do?  These were my resistances 2h ago. Now they look like this:  Can anyone help me? thanks! Last bumped on Dec 26, 2024, 7:37:15 AM
