Coins went to wrong account
I linked my ps5 account to my old poe account, then proceeded to buy early access on pc as well as $20 of coins. I never received the coins or cosmetics from the early access pack it was all sent to my account Zurgoth#5421 instead of Blaqwidow87#9520 where I wanted the coins. I've tried to send an email to the support with no reply after a week. Please help me remedy this.
Perhaps there would be a way to combine the accounts to one when you link them so all coins/items are shared regardless of which account, this not including ps5 itesm to pc. PS. Anyone buying anything thru path of exile site make sure the account is switched to the one you want the stuff on. Last bumped on Dec 26, 2024, 4:51:54 PM

Im having the same problem, they show just merge the accounts or simply let you move coins from one to another. Now I cant upgrade the supporter packs because I'm not sure in which account the coins and cosmetics are gonna end up.
