Not having it!

You got 24 hours to handle my extremely simple support email before I charge back the over 500 dollars I spent to support this game... a simple request that takes less than 2 minutes to resolve should never take over a week regardless of how busy support is... for over 500 dollars in support this is extremely unacceptable and I refuse to feel neglected and ignored any longer!

Hey there, Exile.

If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're currently handling a large volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime!

We've made a post about this recently: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3616595

We apologise for any delays in our response and any inconvenience you've experienced as a result.
24 hours... you already had plenty of time!
I'm sorry that you're dissatisfied with our response times. However, please do note that customers buying packs and then charging them back is a major problem for us. We must warn against performing any chargebacks, or a player may see moderation actions being taken against their account.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but from other complaints the email queue is backlogged by around 10 days. No official knowledge, but I'd be shocked if the Christmas/Newyears holidays don't make it worse.

PS the moderation action a chargeback will get you is a ban.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
You are not special and you are in a queue, you will wait just like everyone esle, being a karen won't change that.

And as pointed out, a charge back will net you a perma non appealable ban.
