PoE2 atlas bugged

Hi. One of the nodes right next to my starting point is inaccessible. I have cleared the node directly next to it and I can't start a waystone there. From what I can tell it's the only way to access this node, and roughly 1/3 of my entire atlas in turn. Please help!
