Can't pick item - start of the game

So I started with Witch. Body drop item, can't pick up, because left click does nothing. I can't even unbind it in settings. F does nothing.
Ok, maybe is char problem. Start new game with ranger, same problem. So i can't even play this game, because without picking up first item you can't do 0.
Help?
