After almost every loading screen ping is rising to +20k , HELP!

Im bored from this shit for real. Please find me solution. After almost every loading screen my ping is rising to +20k , loading screens are making me wait around 1-2 mins anyway , after that ping is rising and character just stucking , I can see some movement but I cant move. After that only solution is going back to login screen for relog. My Internet is 1000mbit and 100mbit upload speed, I dont use wifi , my settings are renderer is vulcan , dlss / dlaa or quality , 2k , windowed fullscreen. I tried everything, changed all tried again and again. VPN is fixing it but then I must play with 300-400 ping anyway. This started happen after last patch , please fix this shit I really started hate from game cause of this.!
