Lost early access

Hello,
I was playing normaly until 4 days ago. I have 32 hours played. 4 days ago the game said I no longer have access to POE2 early access. I sent 4 mails to your support and no answer. Please solve this issue. BR Last bumped on Dec 26, 2024, 8:46:20 AM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you have already emailed us, please do not send duplicate emails. This only causes more work for our team and may result in even further delays. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation. If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

Well i did contact your email 4 times now and i get no answer.

Same issue here.
I bought early access account two weeks ago, redeemed on website and steam and played without problems (except missing coins) till today. The game says now i have no access to POE2 early access, and my account indicates: Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now. |

Same issue.
I was playing normally for a week and even bought some coins to get extra stash tabs, and now my game just randomly closed and i can't log in anymore as it says i have no early access |
