Im having POE 2, but im am unable to trade; I get this message:

Invalid query; Your account is unable to use this feature
"

How to fix this issue admin?

Having this issue as well, incredibly frustrating.

On PS5. Same issue, just randomly started yesterday.

Also aving this issue on PC, any suggestions would be appreciated

I'm having same issue. Have a poe2 account with all the old stuff and a poe2 with nothing. Bought 2 supporter packs and still cannot trade on my account. I even merged accounts. I'm already lvl 80 in poe2 but seems like I have to restart on my other account to trade. I can list items and they can contact me but I cant whisper them

Keep getting "need to be in game to use feature"

Already sent a support ticket to try and figure this out any response from GGG would be amazing to hear.

Same guy literally both juggernaut. Just wanted to post on both accounts. I'm on Xbox x bought the game thru xbox one one account then bought it again on the other using the site

I’ve hit ggg up about this on the third day of ea launch. It seems the problem for most people is occurring after they link there Poe account to too many accounts at once so it seems you can’t have your steam and Psn linked at the same time. The trade breaks because it can’t tell what system you’re on and guess what you can’t unlink your accounts, ggg has to do it for you because god knows why.

Solved by getting level 25.
