Poe Guild Hideout

If I gift my beacon of salvation or dreadnaut hideout to guild in poe1 will that transfer to my new guild in poe2 under the same name and both guild leaders are me? thanks.

also if not is there a way to add more hideouts to poe2 other than felled limestone canal and shrine? thanks again
