[Solved] There is no glow effect on item plates

Hi, I've been watching some videos and looking at the screenshots, and I've noticed that there's no glow effect on the top and bottom of the item plates that have been dropped. If you look at an attached screenshot from someone's video, you'll see that the item plate has no any border when the character is far away, but when the character gets closer, the border has a glow effect at the top and bottom.

Why doesn't it work for me?

This glow only works to those who plays with WASD.
