Reviving in couch coop boss fights is pointless
One thing I've noticed trying to play on console with a friend as well as on pc with a friend is that when one of us dies during a boss having the ability to revive is near pointless. Not a single early game boss gives you enough time to revive a friend. You either need to roll and restart the revive or you will get hit and have to restart the revive. We either need a faster revive time or we need the ability to have it save the bar when you need to roll out of the way. These bosses are scaled way harder than 2 people can output for damage so when one runs out of pots and dies and the other is unable to revive them it almost seems like there is no point to the option.

This isn't exclusive to console players. Bosses are just too fast and aggressive to allow for reviving. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish. |
