Isn't the game supposed to be balanced for multiple builds?

Failed the 4th ascendancy with 3500 honor because my char wasn't fast enough to reach the last orb. Didn't they say this wasn't supposed to be balanced for movement skills? Also.. If you NEED movement speed on ur boots it shouldn't be a gearing option. Just put the fkn movement speed native on the boots. I don't understand decisions like this lol unless it's just EA and no one tested the last boss but whatever. Not a hate rant cause it's EA I'm just really surprised at the design of that last trial.

While we are definitely slower than in PoE 1, monster speed and animation speed doesn't really seem that different, which makes certain things feel really unfair.
It's EA and we can all see that PoE 2 has a lot of work needed. We know that the EA will run from 6 to 12 months, and as of now, we are definitely looking closer to 12 than 6. Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

No the last boss in campaign ..
In Mech form can to a laser ass blast while rotating. Its rotation speed is faster than a character can run .. If you dont start running immediately and have a 30 degree head start . It will catch and kill you as it spins 360 degrees. You cant outrun it. If you were mid attack when it started ... you are screwed. And the fact that the guy wont shut up ruins most audio ques Either give movement skills . Slow it down 50% or reduce its rotation to 180 Last edited by Jitter912#4278 on Dec 24, 2024, 7:31:22 PM

" Hit a good point with this one. Whilst playing throughout a few times it's always been a thought of mine, 'if they wanted to slow us down, why are the monsters the same speed as zoomy PoE 1, that doesn't feel fair'. |
