[POE 2] Increased mana from Mahuxotls doesnt works

Due to incorrect calculations of mana, the unique shield Mahuxotls does not work with Ascendancy Stormweawer, which increases the effect of the arcane surge, although the same archmage who has the same description works perfectly with the unique shield mahuxotl and also due to the same incorrect calculations, the shield does not work with the unique amulet everlasting gaze
which does not give energy shield for increased mana.
