Can not open web browser due to account restrictions in xbox

Hey all. I recently purchased path of exile 2 in xbox, and i am trying to open the trade website option. I get the following message: "Can not open web browser due to account restrictions.please check your xbox live account". Can anybody please help. Thanks in advance.
